Shipping & Returns
PLACE FOR DELIVERY OF THE GOODS. The Goods will be delivered to the address you provide in your Order.
MADE-TO-ORDER. Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, some orders may take up to 2 weeks to deliver. Please notify us if rush services are needed.
RISK OF LOSS. As soon as your order is ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. We will bear the risk of loss of the Goods comprising your Order until our carefully selected carrier service confirms delivery of all of the Goods comprising your Order to the address you provided in your Order.
INABILITY TO DELIVERY COMPLETE ORDER. If we are not able to deliver the whole of your Order at one time for any reason including operational reasons or shortage of stock, we will deliver the Order in installments. We will not charge you extra shipping and delivery costs for this. If you ask us to deliver your Order in installments, we will charge you for shipping and delivery costs associated with each installment. Each installment shall constitute a separate contract subject to our Terms and Conditions. If we are late delivering an installment or one installment is faulty, that will not entitle you to cancel any other installment.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY. We will take reasonable steps to meet the estimated delivery date for your Order. However, occasionally factors beyond our control, such as an Unexpected Event, will affect delivery of your Order and therefore we cannot provide nor guarantee exact delivery dates and times. If we become aware of an Unexpected Event or other factors that will affect delivery of your Order, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. We are not liable for late delivery of any Orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. At this time, we are able to accommodate free shipping for orders in the United States. If you are located in other countries, free shipping is accommodated to any order above $500 USD.
FAILURE TO TAKE DELIVERY. If you fail to take delivery of your Order, then, except where our failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions caused this failure:
We will store the Goods comprising your Order until delivery takes place and will charge you for any expenses we incur in doing; and,
We will not be liable for late delivery of your Order.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
- RETURN OF GOODS. Upon receipt of your Order, please check for any loss or damage to the Goods comprising your Order. If, upon receiving your Order, you wish to return any of the Goods comprising your Order you may do so during the ten (10) days following the date you received your Order (the “Return Period”) by contacting email@example.com for a return label. At this time, we can only offer return labels for domestic return addresses. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S. The Goods you are seeking to return must not have been used and must be in their original packaging, and, where possible, unopened. We reserve the right to refuse a return of Goods after the Return Period.
INSPECTION OF RETURNED GOODS. Upon our receipt of the Goods you have returned, we will inspect the Goods to determine if they are in their original condition and whether they have been damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of any Goods that are not in their original condition, appear to have been used or damaged, or were damaged in transit to us.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNED GOODS. If we accept the return, we will refund the purchase price you paid for the Goods being returned within five (5) days following the date on which we receive the returned Goods, with any such amount being refunded in the form payment that you originally used to pay for your Order.
